Our facilities are truly state-of-the-art, and each member of our staff is expertly trained. Our office is located adjacent to 400 in the Sandy Springs area and only 15 minutes from the center of Atlanta. We have ample parking with easy, elevator access to the office. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday and we are always willing to provide evening appointments when necessary.

A thorough review of existing conditions and available alternative treatment plans along with the rational for each one and the ramifications of not undergoing any recommended therapy will be discussed at this visit. We want each patient to be well informed about any projected therapy. This visit is scheduled for a separate appointment at the end of the day so that patients are able to take as much time as necessary to ask questions and be fully informed. Once a treatment plan is decided upon with all the necessary initial visit information, schedules coordinated and finances determined, we can then move forward to begin dental treatment.
Initial Visit and Referral Discussion
A complete review of your medical and dental history is assessed. Unless you are presenting for an evaluation of a specific problem, a complete charting of your mouth will be completed at your first visit which includes an analysis of existing restorations, soft tissue evaluations, periodontal charting (bone support assessment), bite evaluation, and impressions for study models.
If you have been referred to the office by another specialist or general dentist, we will contact the referring doctor to discuss our findings prior to your consultation visit.
Consultation Visit
